Supporting, and Supported By, First Reponders: Police, Firefighters Get Behind Brooks for Assembly

We proudly stand with our first responders, and we are proud to say they are standing with the Brooks for Assembly campaign.

Today, we are excited to announce an endorsement from the Wisconsin Professional Police Association, which represents more than 10,000 active and retired members from almost 300 locals across the state. Learn more here.

They join the following organizations and individuals who previously announced endorsements of our campaign …

  • South Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Franklin firefighters;
  • Milwaukee County Sheriff Earnell Lucas;
  • Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm; and
  • Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul.

“I am proud to stand with our first responders as mayor of the City of South Milwaukee, where we have found new ways to invest in these critical services during difficult budget times, adding police officers and preserving our paramedic program. I will do the same in Madison, ensuring those who save lives and keep us safe have the resources they need to do their jobs.”
